Information Protection
XleratedPC takes every precaution to protect users' information. XleratedPC gathers and stores address and contact information from our customers to be used for billing, shipping, and customer service purposes only. Shopping carts and purchases are silently time-stamped in the XleratedPC database. All the information is stored on a secure SQL server and a physical back up is stored in a secure bank deposit box.

Credit Cards
Credit Card numbers, security codes, and expiration dates are gathered on our site using high-security 128-bit SSL encryption, and sent to iTransact for processing (also using 128-bit SSL encryption). At no time does XleratedPC or its parent company, Slalom Technologies, LLC, store customer credit card information.

Registration
Customers are required to "register" (create a unique Customer ID and password) in order for them to view the status of their orders and for XleratedPC to facilitate any customer support issues. The registration process is entirely encrypted (128-bit SSL).

Cookies
Cookies must be enabled on customers' browsers for the XleratedPC store to work. Cookies are used only to build shopping carts and to configure complete computer systems. Cookies are not used to gather or track any other customer information.

Communication and No-Share Policy
XleratedPC publishes an occasional newletter/advertising supplement, which is available only upon request. It will not be sent to customers by default. XleratedPC does not share customer contact information with any third party except as required by law.
